Job Description
Summary
Lead workforce manpower analysis teams, conducting service-wide studies and supporting critical system acquisition human resource planning.
This position requires a strong background in Operations Research and leadership experience to manage workforce analysis projects and support system acquisitions.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead a team of Agency Workforce Manpower Analysts, managing overall project responsibility as the primary organizational representative.
- Conduct service-wide studies on workforce distribution, positions, and related organizational structures.
- Serve on Acquisitions Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Work Groups.
- Determine the proper quantity and quality of military billets, civilian positions, and contractor man-hours for all system acquisitions.
- Coordinate project personnel to ensure timely achievement of goals.
