Operations Research Analyst (Supply Chain Security)

We are seeking a highly analytical Operations Research Analyst specializing in Supply Chain Security. This role involves developing advanced analytical methods, evaluating complex supply chain information, and presenting key findings to enhance security.

• *Responsibilities:**
• Develop in-depth analytical methods and techniques for supply chain security assessments.
• Apply and adapt standard analytical approaches to gather, evaluate, and analyze complex supply chain processes and operations.
• Prepare and present quantitative and qualitative reports, papers, and fact sheets.
• *Requirements:**
• **Education:** Bachelor's degree or higher in Operations Research, or at least 24 semester hours in a combination of operations research, mathematics, probability, statistics, mathematical logic, science, or related quantitative fields, with a minimum of 3 semester hours in calculus. (Courses in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Management Science with a quantitative focus are acceptable).
• **Experience:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level (or comparable private sector experience) that includes:

* Developing analytical methods for supply chain assessments. * Applying standard approaches to gather, analyze, and evaluate complex operational information. * Preparing and presenting analytical reports.

• Volunteer experience, including National Service programs, is credited toward qualifying experience.
