Operations Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional for an Inspection, Investigation, Enforcement, and Compliance role. This position requires significant experience in regulatory oversight and process improvement.

• *Key Qualifications:**

To qualify, applicants must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-I / FG/GS-13 level. This experience should demonstrate the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of this position. Specialized experience includes:

• Evaluating proposed changes in oversight and surveillance procedures, along with associated technologies.
• Performing comprehensive compliance investigations, inspections, and enforcement activities.
• Conducting detailed audits and assessments, identifying process gaps, and recommending actionable improvements.
