Join our team in a critical leadership role overseeing financial regulatory units. We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in supervision, staff development, and complex financial dispute resolution.

• *Minimum Qualifications:**

Applicants must demonstrate the following experiences. All leadership experience must have been performed in an official supervisory role. Qualifying volunteer experience is recognized.

• **Leadership Experience:**

* Overseeing and coordinating organizational units, directly and indirectly through subordinate supervisors, including assigning work, directing program changes, and evaluating performance. * Managing employee performance and growth, directly and indirectly through subordinate supervisors, including assessing readiness for advancement, recognizing achievements, providing feedback/development, and addressing performance/conduct issues. * Implementing and improving staff lifecycle processes, including recruiting, hiring, training, utilization, and succession readiness.

• **Technical Experience:**

* Conducting reviews of supervisory materials to identify solutions for inquiries and complaints related to financial supervision, examination, or resolution activities. * Applying diverse dispute resolution techniques to lead the resolution of complex and sensitive disputes within a financial industry regulatory context.

• *Basic Qualification:**
• Possession of a license to practice law before the highest court of a state, territory, commonwealth, or the District of Columbia, and maintaining good standing.
