Summary
Federal GS-09/11 roles require administrative support, report preparation, and management advisory experience.
This role is open to current or former federal employees seeking to provide crucial administrative and advisory support. Successful candidates will enhance operations through meticulous report preparation, effective correspondence tracking, and strategic calendar management.
- *Key Responsibilities (based on grade level):**
- Provide administrative support to senior management.
- Prepare and assist with comprehensive reports.
- Track correspondence and inquiries, ensuring timely responses and deadlines are met.
- Offer administrative advice and guidance to managers.
- Manage executive calendars, prepare briefing materials, and organize meetings.
- *Qualification Requirements:**
- *Time-in-Grade:**
- **GS-09:** Must have served 52 weeks at the GS-07 level or higher in federal service.
- **GS-11:** Must have served 52 weeks at the GS-09 level or higher in federal service.
- *Specialized Experience (One year required, equivalent to the next lower grade):**
- **For GS-09:** Experience performing duties such as providing administrative support to senior management, assisting with report preparation, or tracking correspondence to meet deadlines.
- **For GS-11:** Experience performing duties such as preparing reports, advising managers on administrative matters, tracking executive calendars, preparing briefing materials, or organizing meetings.
- *Additional Requirements:**
- Candidates must clearly demonstrate how their experience meets the specialized experience and competency requirements within their resume.
- Quality of experience, including relevance of background, recency, education, and training, is critical.
