Office Manager

Seeking an experienced Office Manager (GS-15 equivalent) to provide high-level administrative and operational oversight. This pivotal role supports the Director's office, ensuring efficient workflow and strategic agency operations.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage comprehensive administrative functions, including event calendars, travel coordination, and executive support for the Director.
• Monitor office workflow and facilitate information exchange across components, identifying key issues and fostering solutions.
• Advise senior staff on daily operations, critical management areas, and projected mission changes.
• Recommend and implement organizational and operational procedure improvements.
• *Qualifications:**
• Minimum one year of specialized experience equivalent to a GS-14 level in the Federal service, demonstrating the ability to perform the duties listed.
• Proven background in senior administrative management, executive support, or operational oversight.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
