Summary
Seeking a Pediatric ER Nurse Manager in Washington, DC, to lead nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care.
## Nurse Manager - Pediatric ER
- *Location:** Washington, DC area
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage daily nursing operations within the Pediatric Emergency Room.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care and safety protocols.
- Optimize resource allocation and workflow processes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- *Qualifications:**
- Proven leadership experience in nursing is highly encouraged, including roles such as Assistant Nurse Manager, CNO, Charge Nurse, Clinical Nurse Coordinator, Director, Manager, Supervisor, or VP.
- Strong clinical background, preferably within an emergency or pediatric setting.
