Summary
Seeking a U.S. Citizen RN with 1+ year's case management experience developing and evaluating patient care plans.
## Nurse (Case Management)
This position is open to US Citizens only. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage and evaluate patient care plans.
### Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive patient care plans.
- Conduct care plan discussions with patients, families, and interdisciplinary stakeholders.
- Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of patient care.
- **Education:** Graduate or higher-level degree, bachelor's degree, associate degree, or diploma from an accredited professional nursing educational program. Transcripts required.
- **Licensure:** A current, active, full, and unrestricted professional nurse (RN) license from a U.S. State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a U.S. territory. Must have successfully passed the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX).
- **Professional Nursing Experience:** Minimum of one full year of professional nursing experience (equivalent to federal GS-11 level) that *must* include developing patient care plans, conducting stakeholder discussions, or evaluating care quality/effectiveness.
### Federal Employee Exemption:
- Current federal employees in the 0610 occupational series continuously employed since September 27, 2017, or before, may be exempt from standard basic requirements if they meet specific alternative degree and active registration criteria. Documentation will be required to validate status.
