• *About the Role:**

Join the IvoryCloud team to rearchitect a federal client's application, enhancing performance and functionality with a strong focus on modern UI development.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces and reusable components using Angular.
• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, technically feasible code.
• Collaborate with designers and product owners to optimize user experience.
• Estimate effort, develop, unit test, and peer review software.
• Design and develop robust web applications using Angular, SQL, and ASP.NET.
• Support application Operations & Maintenance (O&M), implement enhancements, and resolve defects.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• **Citizenship & Clearance:** US Citizenship required. Active Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain.
• **Experience:**

* 5+ years in ASP.NET backend development and SQL databases. * 5+ years in Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript front-end development. * 3+ years building production-grade UI applications with modern Angular (v15+ preferred), React, or Vue.

• **Technical Skills:**

* Strong understanding of component-based architecture, state management (e.g., NgRx, Redux), and asynchronous programming. * Experience with RESTful API integration and UI testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Karma, Jest). * Proficiency in .NET Core/.NET 8, C#, T-SQL, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, HTML, CSS, NPM, Webpack, Bootstrap, EF, RegEx, LINQ. * Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, Event-Driven Architecture, Microservices, Restful API, Git, CI/CD, Testing/QA, Responsive Web Design, Output Encoding.

• **Education:** Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• **Soft Skills:** Effective communicator with cross-functional teams.
• *Preferred Qualifications:**
• Azure Architect Certification.
• Experience with AI code assistants and unstructured data extraction using AI.
• Azure AI certifications (e.g., AI-102).

• Position is on-site in Rockville, MD. Initial in-office visit required for onboarding and equipment pickup (travel reimbursed after 90 days for candidates outside Rockville area).
