Summary

Lead multimedia communications, SharePoint development, and content strategy for a large program, requiring a TS/SCI w/ Poly.

Leidos is seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Communications Coordinator to enhance collaboration and communication for a large facility maintenance program management team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and managing content across various platforms, ensuring clear, consistent, and engaging messaging.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom SharePoint pages, web parts, and workflows using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
  • Manage content, permissions, and organization on collaboration platforms, including SharePoint and Atlassian Confluence.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to promote consistent branding and messaging.
  • Write, edit, and proofread a variety of communications materials (e.g., newsletters, announcements, presentations) for leadership, employees, and customers.
  • Provide graphic design support for all communication and project needs.
  • Ensure SharePoint sites are secure, accessible, and optimized, including managing version control, backups, and recovery.
  • Provide user training, technical support, and site usage documentation for collaboration tools.
  • Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 tools and support UI/UX enhancements.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure communication effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Stay current with emerging communication trends and technologies.
  • *Basic Qualifications:**
  • **TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance is required.**
  • Bachelor’s degree in Web Page Design, Graphic Design, or Communications.
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven experience in web application development, from design to deployment.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js for UI components.
  • Ability to implement and integrate RESTful APIs for web service communication.
  • Knowledge of UI design principles for user-friendly interfaces.
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies and quality control processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Effective communication skills with team members and project stakeholders.
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Proficient in developing dynamic web applications using AngularJS.
  • Experience with Node.js for server-side web application development.
