Leidos is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Multimedia Communications Coordinator to lead critical communication and collaboration initiatives for a large facility maintenance program. This role is essential for enhancing internal and external messaging, with a strong emphasis on SharePoint design, development, and content management.

### Key Responsibilities:

• **SharePoint & Collaboration Platform Management:**

* Design, develop, and maintain custom SharePoint pages, web parts, workflows, and sites. * Ensure SharePoint sites are secure, accessible, optimized, and integrated with Microsoft 365 tools. * Manage content on collaboration platforms like SharePoint and Atlassian Confluence, including creating/updating pages, managing permissions, and organizing content. * Provide user training and technical support for SharePoint; develop comprehensive site usage documentation.

• **Web Development & UI/UX:**

* Develop user-friendly web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx). * Support branding and UI/UX enhancements for internal portals and public-facing sites.

• **Strategic Communications:**

* Develop and execute a comprehensive program communication strategy to ensure consistent branding and messaging. * Write and edit diverse communications materials (e.g., newsletters, announcements, presentations) for leadership, employees, and customers. * Collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop content for both internal and external communications. * Provide graphic support for all communication and project needs. * Analyze communication data and metrics to measure success and recommend improvements.

### Required Qualifications:

• **Clearance:** Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph is strictly required.
• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Web Page Design, Graphic Design, or Communications.
• **Experience:** 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• **Technical Skills:**

* Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx). * Understanding of React.js for building reusable UI components. * Ability to implement and integrate RESTful APIs for web service communication. * Knowledge of UI design principles and practical experience with website design practices. * Proven experience in web application development, from design to deployment. * Background in web and software development to advance organizational digital initiatives.

• **Soft Skills:**

* Ability to work independently with limited supervision and strong problem-solving skills. * Effective communication with team members and project stakeholders. * Working knowledge of project management methodologies and quality control processes.

### Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in developing dynamic web applications using AngularJS.
• Experience with Node.js for scalable server-side web application development.
