Summary
Drive Leidos' internal communications by designing, developing, and managing SharePoint solutions and crafting engaging content.
Leidos' Multi-Domain Solutions (MDS) division is seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Communications Coordinator to elevate our large facility maintenance program's digital presence and internal communications. This role is ideal for a proactive professional passionate about creating engaging, user-friendly collaboration solutions and compelling content.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, develop, and maintain custom SharePoint pages, web parts, and workflows to enhance collaboration and document management.
- Create and update user-friendly web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- Manage SharePoint site security, accessibility, performance, version control, backups, and recovery.
- Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 tools and support UI/UX enhancements for internal portals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive program communication strategies, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Write, edit, and manage diverse communication materials (newsletters, announcements, presentations) for leadership, employees, and customers.
- Oversee content on collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Atlassian Confluence), including creation, updates, permissions, and organization.
- Facilitate team recognition programs and provide graphic support for all communication and project needs.
- Analyze communication metrics, recommend improvements, and stay current with emerging communication technologies.
- *Qualifications:**

- **TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance is required.**
- Bachelor's degree in Web Page Design, Graphic Design, or Communications.
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven ability to work independently, solve complex issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint administration, security, and integration with Microsoft 365.
- Experience with React.js for UI components and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of UI design principles and solid experience in web application development and management.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and quality control (QC) processes.
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Proficiency in AngularJS, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript for front-end development.
- Experience with Node.js for scalable server-side web application development.
