We are seeking talented Microelectronics Engineers specializing in Package Design, Process, or Technology to contribute to the advancement of microelectronics systems. **Key Responsibilities (Choose your specialization):** * **Microelectronics Package Design Engineer:** Develop advanced microelectronics systems, including integrated circuits (ICs), custom multi-chip modules (MCMs), printed circuit boards (PCBs), high-density redistribution layers, 3D multi-layer integrated technologies, or system enclosures using electronic design automation (EDA) tools. * **Microelectronics Process/Technology Engineer:** Improve assembly or fabrication processes for advanced microelectronics systems such as IC enclosures, custom MCMs, PCBs, high-density redistribution layers, 3D multi-layer integrated technologies, or system enclosures. **Qualifications:** * **Education:** Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a relevant professional technical field (e.g., Microelectronics, Semiconductor, Computer Science, Mathematics) from an accredited college or university. * *Note:* If your degree program is not ABET EAC accredited, specific coursework in differential/integral calculus and 5 of 18 fundamental engineering science or physics areas is required. * **Experience:** Relevant experience is required, with specific years varying based on career level and degree type. Multiple levels from Entry/Developmental to Expert are available. * Entry-level roles require a Bachelor's degree (0-1 year experience, depending on major). * Full Performance roles typically require a Bachelor's + 3 years, Master's + 1 year, or Doctoral degree. * Senior and Expert roles require progressively more experience (e.g., Senior: Bachelor's + 7 years; Expert: Bachelor's + 10 years). Associate's degrees with significant experience are also considered for senior levels.
