• Adapt existing guidelines significantly for particular assignments.
• Provide information and guidance on unusual problems.
• Independently plan and carry out work, reviewing for adequacy and policy conformance.
• Make commitments on matters covered by precedents, regulations, and policies.
• *Qualifications:**
• *For GS-11 Level:**
• At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 grade level (or equivalent in private/public sector).
• Experience must demonstrate applying diverse mathematical concepts, adapting guidelines, independently planning/executing work, providing guidance on unusual problems, and making commitments within established policies.
• *For GS-12 Level (Developmental):**
• At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level (or equivalent in private/public sector).
• Experience showing progression through increasingly responsible assignments, working under gradually decreasing supervisory control towards full qualification.
