Summary
Seeking a data-driven Marketing Strategy Analyst to optimize Appily Advance products and support adult learner recruitment through analytics.
EAB is seeking a data-driven **Marketing Strategy Analyst** to optimize Appily Advance product performance and support the Adult Learner Recruitment (ALR) division. This role involves analyzing adult learner behavior, shaping audience targeting, and driving high-impact marketing initiatives within a fast-paced environment. This position offers an opportunity to significantly impact personalized marketing strategies for adult learners.
- *Location:** This role may be based in Richmond, VA, or Washington, D.C.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Monitor and evaluate Appily Advance product performance, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance targeting, segmentation, and messaging.
- Conduct cross-partner and longitudinal analysis to support product optimization, case studies, and partner-specific insights.
- Provide analytical support for Appily Advance project management and content development (e.g., performance summaries, visualizations).
- Standardize digital reporting processes for paid media and website traffic, acting as a subject matter expert for tools like TapClicks and Google Analytics.
- Create and maintain effective digital performance reports.
- Extract and analyze data from various sources (e.g., Snowflake, Tableau, SQL) to support Appily Advance and ALR-wide initiatives.
- Build clear, actionable analyses and translate findings into compelling narratives that drive decisions and elevate analytical work.
- *Basic Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a quantitative field.
- 2+ years of experience utilizing data analysis to generate insightful findings.
- Exceptional analytical skills focused on converting investigation into strategic action.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate findings and strategies clearly.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse functional areas.
- Strong work ethic, ability to work independently, and a desire to own projects from inception to presentation.
- *Ideal Qualifications:**
- Experience in direct marketing or higher education analytics.
- Proficiency using SQL or other query tools/languages for data manipulation.
- 1+ year of experience with business intelligence software, preferably Tableau.
- 1+ year of experience analyzing paid media performance.
- 1+ year of experience developing reports in Google Analytics.
- Experience developing data-focused PowerPoint presentations.
- *Compensation:** The anticipated starting base salary range for this role is $62,000 - $70,000 per year, with eligibility for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Actual salary varies based on experience, skills, and location.
