## Marketing Principal Associate, Content Strategy (Hybrid)

### Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of an inbound marketing agenda (SEO, Social, Email) to attract prospects.
- Partner with internal and external teams to select and publish relevant, audience-focused content driving business outcomes.
- Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring content addresses specific needs and aligns with business objectives.
- Design and implement content testing strategies to optimize creative, distribution, and engagement for maximum impact.
- Leverage insights to inform outbound content strategy recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams (e.g., business analysts, marketing, creative, legal) for seamless execution and high-quality content.
- Passion for developing and executing content strategies that attract and convert customers.
- Strong familiarity with SEO best practices and full-funnel digital marketing tactics.
- Customer-centric mindset, using audience and market research to inform content decisions.

- Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including Content Marketing and SEO (client or agency side).
- At least 3 years of experience leading digital marketing strategies and programs from concept to execution.
- At least 3 years of experience working with creative partners or agencies.
- At least 3 years of experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- At least 3 years of marketing experience in financial services or a highly regulated industry.
- At least 3 years of experience with marketing analytics and optimization.
- At least 3 years leveraging audience insights, market research, and data analytics to develop detailed user profiles and segmentation strategies.
- Proven track record of working autonomously and navigating ambiguity.
- McLean, VA: $117,300 - $133,900
- Richmond, VA: $106,700 - $121,700
- This role is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.
