## Marketing Manager - Mainstreet Growth Marketing Strategy Lead (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Strategist to lead our growth marketing initiatives and manage the marketing agenda for a key program across owned channels (email, in-app, SMS, website). This role requires a leader who can drive strategies, innovate with new MarTech, and collaborate effectively across various teams in a fast-paced environment.

### Key Responsibilities

  • Define messaging and user journey strategies for outbound marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, creative, product, tech, legal) to evolve customer acquisition.
  • Oversee growth marketing programs, remove barriers, and provide strategic thought leadership.
  • Guide team members through change management and problem-solving.
  • Direct creative strategy, testing, and process improvements, scaling new capabilities for campaigns.
  • Develop and champion new ideas and long-term program strategies, securing stakeholder buy-in.
  • Flesh out mid-to-long-term roadmaps for MarTech capabilities to drive business and consumer value.
  • Stay current with AI/machine learning and next-generation MarTech, proactively sharing insights.
  • Manage multiple marketing creative projects from brief to execution, ensuring strategic alignment and timely delivery.
  • Apply data-driven, customer-first problem-solving and influencing skills to optimize marketing initiatives.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and partnership skills, creating impactful presentations and documentation for all stakeholders.
### What You'll Bring
  • **Experience:**
* 5+ years in brand strategy or product marketing, including multi-channel management (email, in-app, SMS, website). * 5+ years planning, executing, and analyzing marketing programs. * 5+ years managing creative processes and partnering with creative teams to develop results-driven materials. * Proven ability to lead cross-functional agendas in large, matrixed organizations and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Experience navigating marketing programs through change and ambiguity. * Preferred: 1+ year managing associates' scope/workload; 1+ year leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud; experience with Workfront; 2+ years in financial services or regulated industry.
  • **Skills & Attributes:**
* Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills. * Highly effective communication, outstanding writing, and presentation abilities. * Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities with accuracy. * Deep understanding of AI/machine learning and next-generation MarTech capabilities. * Data-based approach and customer-first innovative mindset.
  • **Education:**
* Bachelor’s Degree required. * Master’s degree in marketing or business preferred.
