Marketing Coordinator Museum of the Bible | Washington D.C. (On-Site) Full-time, Hourly, Non-exempt Salary: $57,000 - $59,900

Join the Museum of the Bible as a Marketing Coordinator, acting as a central liaison for the marketing department. This role coordinates the execution of promotions and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication while championing the museum's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and acting as a primary point of contact between marketing and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to facilitate campaign development and execution.
  • Utilize project management software to track progress and proactively identify/resolve potential roadblocks.
  • Provide essential administrative support to the Product Marketing team and contribute to campaign strategy.
  • Research marketing opportunities, maintain the promotional calendar, schedule meetings, and document action items.
  • Assist with the logistical coordination of marketing events, including setup and teardown.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of relevant marketing or project coordination experience, or an equivalent combination.
  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing campaign processes and various digital channels (email, social, web).
  • Proven project management skills and familiarity with related software.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal), organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities, work effectively both independently and collaboratively, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • A professional, positive demeanor and a strong commitment to the Museum of the Bible's mission.

Work Environment:

  • On-site, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
  • Occasional evening and weekend work may be required with advance notice.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods, stand, and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
