Seramount, part of EAB, is a global talent services firm helping HR leaders create engaged, employee-centric workplaces. We are seeking a **Manager, Digital Marketing Operations & Analytics** to provide essential operational, technical, and analytical support for Seramount's digital marketing function. This role ensures our digital marketing programs are scalable and measurable by managing core marketing operations, automation, and advancing analytics across all digital channels.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- **Marketing Operations & Technology:**
* Manage and improve marketing automation (Marketo), Salesforce integration, and campaign execution. * Build and maintain program/asset templates in Marketo. * Provide support, training, and troubleshooting for marketing operations. * Assist in researching and implementing new marketing technologies.
- **Reporting & Analytics:**
* Develop and maintain dashboards/reports integrating data from Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other platforms. * Analyze marketing and sales data, contributing to integrated campaign performance reports. * Audit attribution, tracking, and lead source data for accuracy.
* Configure and manage tracking codes, tags, and pixels via Google Tag Manager. * Perform
QA on campaign assets (links, UTMs, accessibility). * Document processes and contribute to team training.
* Develop and maintain Marketo programs for data hygiene, enrichment, and privacy compliance. * Facilitate marketing segmentation for targeted campaigns. * Report monthly on data cleanliness within Marketo.

- **Required:**
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical, data,
IT, or marketing field. * 2+ years in B2B marketing operations, automation, and analytics. * Hands-on experience with Salesforce and administrative experience with Marketo (preferred) or similar enterprise marketing automation platform. * Proficiency in multi-channel marketing analytics (e.g., Google Analytics GA4, LinkedIn, Marketo, Salesforce reports). * Familiarity with Google Tag Manager for tracking codes,
UTM links, tags, and pixels. * Demonstrated ability to build and maintain marketing performance dashboards. * Strong attention to detail, commitment to data accuracy, and desire for continuous learning.
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power
BI). * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (
VLOOKUP, pivot tables). * Project management experience (e.g., Asana). * Technical proficiency in
HTML/
CSS and database management. * Solid understanding of digital marketing principles (inbound, lead generation). * Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
This position is open to remote candidates in the continental U.S. or hybrid in Washington D.C./Richmond,
VA. Periodic travel to offices required for remote employees.
The anticipated starting salary range is $42,000 - $62,500 annually, with eligibility for discretionary bonus compensation.
