As the Manager, Digital Marketing Operations & Analytics for Seramount, you will be crucial in ensuring our digital marketing programs are scalable and measurable. This role provides essential operational, technical, and analytical support, managing core marketing operations, database health, and advancing digital marketing enablement and analytics across various channels. You are a problem-solver with strong project management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- **Marketing Automation & Technology:**
* Plan and execute marketing operations projects to enhance campaign tracking and lead management. * Build and maintain program, campaign, and asset templates in Marketo. * Provide support, training, and troubleshooting for marketing operations. * Ensure accurate and timely data sync between Marketo and Salesforce. * Research and implement new technologies for the marketing stack.
- **Reporting & Analytics:**
* Create and maintain dashboards and reports integrating data from Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and social platforms. * Analyze marketing and sales data. * Contribute to integrated campaign performance reports across web, paid, email, and organic channels. * Audit attribution, tracking, and lead source data for accuracy.
* Configure and manage tracking codes, tags, and pixels via Google Tag Manager. * Conduct quality assurance on campaign assets (links, UTMs, accessibility). * Document processes, build playbooks, and contribute to team training. * Provide operational support to digital channel managers.
* Develop and maintain Marketo programs for data hygiene, enrichment, and privacy compliance. * Normalize marketing data to facilitate segmentation and targeted campaigns. * Manage marketing segmentation to reach key buyer audiences effectively. * Report monthly on data cleanliness within Marketo.
- *Qualifications:**
- **Required:**
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field (data,
IT, marketing). * 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, automation, and analytics. * Hands-on experience with Salesforce and administrative experience with Marketo (preferred) or another enterprise marketing automation platform. * Strong proficiency with
CRM systems and database management. * Experience with multi-channel marketing analytics (e.g., Google Analytics GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Marketo, Salesforce reports). * Familiarity with Google Tag Manager for cross-platform analytics, code,
UTM links, tags, and pixels. * Demonstrated ability to build and maintain marketing performance dashboards and reports. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power
BI). * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (
VLOOKUP, pivot tables). * Experience creating and managing project plans (e.g., Asana). * Technical proficiency in
HTML/
CSS and database management. * Solid understanding of digital marketing principles (inbound marketing, lead generation).
This position is open to remote candidates in the continental U.S. or hybrid candidates based in Washington, D.C., or Richmond,
VA. Remote candidates require periodic travel to one of our offices.
- *Compensation & Benefits:**
Competitive starting salary range of $42,000 to $62,500 annually, with eligibility for discretionary bonus/incentive compensation. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, generous
