## Manager, Digital Marketing Operations & Analytics (Seramount)

Seramount (part of EAB) helps HR leaders prepare for the workplace of tomorrow by creating employee-centric strategies for partner organizations. We are seeking a dedicated Digital Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager to provide critical operational, technical, and analytical support to our digital marketing function. This role is key to ensuring our digital marketing programs are scalable, measurable, and impactful.

### Key Responsibilities:

  • **Marketing Automation & Technologies:**
* Support the planning and execution of marketing operations projects to enhance campaign tracking and lead management. * Develop and maintain program, campaign, and asset templates within Marketo. * Provide customer-focused support, training, and troubleshooting for marketing operations issues. * Ensure seamless and accurate data synchronization between Marketo and Salesforce. * Assist in researching and implementing new marketing technologies.
  • **Reporting & Analytics:**
* Collaborate to create and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports, integrating data from Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other digital platforms. * Analyze marketing and sales data to track progress against goals and identify insights. * Contribute to integrated campaign performance reports across web, social, paid, and email channels. * Audit attribution, tracking, and lead source data for accuracy and consistency.
  • **Digital Enablement:**
* Configure and manage tracking codes, tags, and pixels using Google Tag Manager. * Conduct thorough QA on campaign assets (e.g., links, UTMs, accessibility) to ensure error-free launches. * Document processes, create playbooks, and contribute to team training to scale digital marketing efforts. * Provide operational coordination to digital channel managers for successful campaign execution.
  • **Database Management:**
* Develop and maintain Marketo programs for data hygiene, enrichment, progressive profiling, and privacy compliance. * Identify opportunities to normalize marketing data for effective segmentation and targeted campaigns. * Manage the creation of marketing segmentation to help reach key buyer audiences efficiently. * Generate monthly reports on data cleanliness within Marketo.

### Qualifications:

  • **Basic Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field (data, IT, or marketing). * 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, automation, and analytics. * Hands-on experience with Salesforce and administrative experience with Marketo (preferred) or another enterprise marketing automation platform. * Strong proficiency with CRM systems and database management. * Experience with multi-channel marketing analytics (e.g., Google Analytics GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Marketo, Salesforce reports). * Familiarity with Google Tag Manager for setting up cross-platform analytics, code, UTM links, tags, and pixels. * Demonstrated ability to build and maintain marketing performance dashboards and reports. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. * Desire for continuous learning and growth in digital marketing operations, technology, and analytics.
  • **Ideal Qualifications:**
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables). * Experience creating and managing projects from start to finish (e.g., Asana). * Strong technical proficiency in HTML/CSS and database management. * Solid understanding of digital marketing principles (inbound marketing, lead generation). * Ability to work collaboratively in a results-driven, team-oriented environment.

### Location: This position is open to remote candidates in the continental U.S., as well as hybrid candidates based in Washington, D.C. or Richmond, VA. Remote candidates will be required to travel periodically to one of our offices.

### Compensation & Benefits: Seramount offers a competitive compensation package, including a starting salary range of $42,000-$62,500 annually, plus eligibility for discretionary bonus.
