Summary
Lead strategic programs and diverse teams as a Senior Executive Service professional, driving change and fostering key partnerships.
This Senior Executive Service (SES) position seeks an experienced leader to drive strategic programs, organizational change, and cultivate key partnerships.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, execute, and evaluate complex programs and projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery with high-quality results.
- Apply advanced project management principles, effectively managing risks, resources, and interdependencies.
- Oversee administrative and management functions, including strategic resource allocation and production planning.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality services and foster continuous improvement.
- Lead strategic change, establish organizational vision, and implement initiatives in dynamic environments.
- Develop and lead diverse teams, fostering an inclusive workplace, teamwork, and constructive conflict resolution.
- Drive results by applying technical knowledge, analyzing problems, and calculating risks to achieve organizational goals.
- Strategically manage human, financial, and information resources.
- Build and maintain effective coalitions with federal agencies, state/local governments, and private/non-profit sectors.
- *Minimum Qualifications:**
- One year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at the GS-14/GS-15 level, or equivalent in Federal or comparable private/public sector.
- *Required Technical Competencies:**
- **Program & Project Management:** Expertise in planning, organizing, executing, and evaluating complex initiatives.
- **Administration & Management:** Knowledge of business functions, resource allocation, and operational planning.
- **Stakeholder Engagement:** Ability to anticipate customer needs, deliver high-quality services, and drive continuous improvement.
- *Required Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs):**
- **Leading Change:** Ability to initiate and implement strategic change and organizational vision.
- **Leading People:** Skill in fostering team development, cooperation, and conflict resolution within an inclusive environment.
- **Results Driven:** Capacity to achieve organizational goals and customer expectations through effective decision-making and risk management.
- **Business Acumen:** Proficiency in strategically managing human, financial, and information resources.
