Manager, Tech Marketing Campaign Strategy

Capital One is seeking a seasoned Manager, Tech Marketing Campaign Strategy to enhance its global brand presence and attract top technology talent. This role is critical for positioning Capital One as a leader in AI, data, cloud infrastructure, and software engineering within the tech sector, particularly in international markets.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead foundational brand strategy development in new international markets to raise Capital One's profile as a leading tech company.
• Collaborate with US and in-country tech stakeholders, communications, and talent acquisition teams to create programs that attract top tech talent.
• Set strategic vision and lead end-to-end campaign development with integrated teams (creative, social, paid media, web, research).
• Manage relationships and contracts with external agency partners for creative production and campaign delivery.
• Build and maintain senior-level stakeholder relationships in international markets to align strategies with business goals.
• Develop and present regular, integrated reports tracking campaign and program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to executive leadership.
• Introduce bold, innovative ideas that strengthen Capital One's association with leading technology.
• Ensure comprehensive governance for all campaign activities.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 6+ years of experience in a campaign leadership role focused on brand awareness.
• 3+ years of international campaign experience at a Fortune 500 company or 3+ years leading campaigns in a non-US market.
• 2+ years of marketing experience in the STEM sector.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• *Preferred Qualifications:**
• Direct experience leading marketing campaigns in the India market.
• Deep knowledge of AI & data topics.
• Experience leading marketing campaigns specifically targeting technologists (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, AI researchers).
