### Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in communications.

### Preferred Qualifications

• Public relations or communications experience in financial services, technology, or consumer brands.

### Salary & Benefits

• **Plano, TX / Richmond, VA:** $115,200 - $131,500 annually
• **McLean, VA:** $126,700 - $144,600 annually
• Eligible for performance-based incentive compensation (cash bonus/LTI).
