Join Capital One's Tech and Data Risk Management (TDRM) Strategy and Delivery Team as a Learning and Content Management Lead. This pivotal role involves shaping the internal learning landscape for TDRM professionals. We seek a strategic leader who can seamlessly connect business objectives with impactful learning solutions, translating complex ideas into effective educational content.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the development and execution of TDRM's internal learning strategy.
- Design and build compelling educational content supporting learning objectives.
- Translate strategic business needs into practical, learning-centered solutions.
- Foster collaboration and build strong relationships across the organization.
- *What We're Looking For:**
- Proven experience leading learning programs.
- Strong foundation in risk management and understanding of risk frameworks.
- Solution-oriented mindset with excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Exceptional written communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to set direction, manage expectations, and indirectly lead cross-functional teams.
- *Basic Qualifications:**
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in the Banking or Financial Industry.
- At least 3 years of risk management experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in Learning and Development.
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Direct or adjacent product management experience.
- 1+ year experience facilitating communication between technology/cyber and Learning/HR teams.
- 2+ years experience in project management.
- 6+ years experience driving multi-year, company-wide learning initiatives.
- *Compensation:**
Annual salaries range from **$132,800 to $181,900**, depending on location:
- Riverwoods, IL: $132,800 - $151,600
- McLean, VA: $146,100 - $166,700
- New York, NY: $159,400 - $181,900
- Richmond, VA: $132,800 - $151,600
