This pivotal role involves shaping the internal learning landscape for TDRM professionals. We seek a strategic leader who can seamlessly connect business objectives with impactful learning solutions, translating complex ideas into effective educational content.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead the development and execution of TDRM's internal learning strategy.
• Design and build compelling educational content supporting learning objectives.
• Translate strategic business needs into practical, learning-centered solutions.
• Foster collaboration and build strong relationships across the organization.

• *Basic Qualifications:**
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in the Banking or Financial Industry.
• At least 3 years of risk management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in Learning and Development.
• *Preferred Qualifications:**
• Direct or adjacent product management experience.
• 1+ year experience facilitating communication between technology/cyber and Learning/HR teams.
• 2+ years experience in project management.
• 6+ years experience driving multi-year, company-wide learning initiatives.
• *Compensation:**

Annual salaries range from **$132,800 to $181,900**, depending on location:

• Riverwoods, IL: $132,800 - $151,600
• McLean, VA: $146,100 - $166,700
• New York, NY: $159,400 - $181,900
• Richmond, VA: $132,800 - $151,600

This role is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation. Capital One does not sponsor new employment authorization for this position.
