## Manager, Risk Management - Learning and Content Management Lead

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Learning and Content Management Lead to spearhead the internal learning strategy for our TDRM organization. In this influential role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful learning solutions that directly align with business objectives, enhancing the expertise of our risk and technology professionals.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Lead the development and execution of TDRM’s internal learning strategy.
  • Design and build engaging learning content to support strategic objectives and drive knowledge adoption.
  • Translate complex business requirements and strategic ideas into clear, impactful, learning-centered solutions.
  • Drive alignment and foster collaboration with diverse stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Apply creative problem-solving to build transformative learning experiences.
  • Manage complexity effectively to deliver measurable business impact within learning initiatives.
  • *What You'll Bring:
Basic Qualifications:**
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Banking or Financial Industry.
  • At least 3 years of risk management experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Learning and Development.
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Direct or adjacent product management experience.
  • 1+ year of experience facilitating communication between technology/cyber and Learning/HR teams.
  • 2+ years of project management experience (planning, executing, tracking, reporting).
  • 6+ years of experience driving multi-year, company-wide learning endeavors.
  • Strong foundation in risk management and understanding of risk frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder engagements and build relationships.
  • A solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
