Summary
Experienced Marketing Specialist to develop and execute campaigns, create content, and analyze performance using digital tools and HubSpot.
We are seeking a proactive Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize marketing strategies and campaigns. This role focuses on creating promotional content, managing digital assets, and analyzing performance to drive participation, attendance, and revenue for various programs and events.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns for membership, events, and educational programs.
- Write clear, compelling copy for website content, collateral, and digital campaign assets.
- Manage and optimize email marketing and paid digital campaigns, including testing and segmentation.
- Track campaign results, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all marketing communications adhere to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand product features and benefits, informing marketing strategy.
- Provide onsite support for events, ensuring smooth execution.
- *Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably within a trade association, nonprofit, or think tank; agency experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
- Proficiency in managing lead nurturing processes, including email marketing, digital advertising, and sales funnel optimization.
- Strong command of HubSpot CRM for marketing automation, lead tracking, segmentation, and workflow management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to condense complex information under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience in copywriting and editing promotional content.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive initiative.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, CRM/CMS, social media platforms, email marketing systems, project management tools, Adobe Creative Suite, web analytics, and Google AdWords.
