Summary
Lead integrated product marketing strategies for Capital One's Retail Bank, driving market insights, messaging, and campaign execution.
Capital One is seeking an Integrated Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategies for our Retail Bank products. You will be instrumental in developing product identity, messaging, and creative strategies for integrated campaigns that connect with consumers and drive business results.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead market research and analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and competition.
- Develop compelling value propositions, messaging, and core narratives that articulate product benefits and differentiation.
- Translate business objectives and consumer insights into powerful creative briefs for internal and agency partners.
- Craft clear, customer-centric messaging hierarchies adaptable across various marketing channels.
- Champion a test-and-learn mindset, defining strategic questions, developing hypotheses, and measuring campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing campaign calendar across all segments and products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Channel Leads, Product Strategy) to ensure cohesive customer experiences.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or advertising.
- At least 2 years of experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on strategic planning experience for multi-channel campaigns.
- Experience in marketing consumer products.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder influence skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data and insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience writing insightful creative briefs and leading creative development.
- Collaborative spirit and experience managing projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- 7+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on brand strategy or campaign development.
- Marketing experience in financial services or another heavily regulated industry.
