Management & Program Analyst

This GS-14 position requires an experienced professional to manage and oversee acquisition projects, ensuring operational efficiency and financial compliance. You will be responsible for critical project analysis, reporting, and contract liaison.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead annual reviews of acquisition project operations and cost allocations.
• Maintain and enforce performance standards for acquisition projects.
• Prepare detailed monthly project status reports covering cost, schedule, and performance.
• Develop and analyze cost-sharing mechanisms, full cost methodologies, and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) data.
• Advise the Contracting Officer on technical recommendations, contract modifications, claims validity, proposal analysis, and contract time extensions.
• *Qualifications:**
• Minimum of one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level (federal or private sector).
• Experience must demonstrate the ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the outlined duties.
• Relevant experience includes roles in acquisition project operations, cost analysis, and contract oversight.
• Volunteer and National Service experience will be considered.
• Education cannot substitute for experience at this grade level.
