Management And Program Analyst (Operations)

This role requires one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in Federal service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop resource strategies and policies supporting the Planning, Programming, and Budget Execution (PPBE) Process.
• Analyze program status, milestones, and costs by engaging internal/external stakeholders to identify potential slippage or cost increases.
• Formulate Courses of Action (COAs) to address and resolve core issues.
• Identify and document resources needed to bridge capability gaps.
• Apply statistical techniques and methodical approaches to support recommendations.
