## Management and Program Analyst (GS-14)

We are seeking a highly skilled Management and Program Analyst to optimize enterprise processes and projects within a DoD environment.

### Key Responsibilities:

• Apply advanced management skills to ensure the success of enterprise-level programs and projects.
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative methods to assess, evaluate, and enhance program/process effectiveness.
• Prepare and present accurate, sensitive briefings and reports, both independently and as part of a team.

• **Experience:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in Federal service, military, or the private sector. This includes paid and qualifying volunteer experience.
• **Expertise:** Demonstrated mastery of management principles, concepts, and practices.
• **DoD Knowledge:** Comprehensive understanding of DoD policies, regulations, and directives.
• **Analytical Skills:** Broad knowledge of methods for program and process evaluation.
• **Eligibility:** Meet all time-in-grade, time-after-competitive appointment, and minimum qualification requirements by the cut-off/closing date.
