Join Our Team: Program Manager, Energy Conservation (GS-14 Equivalent)
We are seeking a highly experienced professional to manage and evaluate critical energy conservation programs within the Federal service. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of driving program success through effective management and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive briefings and presentations on energy conservation technologies to senior management.
- Manage all budgetary aspects of assigned programs, including financial planning, oversight of expenditures, and strategic resource allocation to meet program objectives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of complex programs, developing data-driven findings and recommending improvements to senior-level management.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in Federal service. This experience must include:
- All qualifying experience, including relevant volunteer work, will be credited.
