Management And Program Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Management Analyst to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations. This role involves applying analytical methods, evaluating administrative processes, and developing data-driven recommendations.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Apply analytical and evaluative methods to assess program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct evaluative analysis of administrative aspects, including work measurement, workforce estimates, procedures, and resource utilization.
• Gather and analyze data to support broader studies of organizational structure and workforce utilization.
• Collect and analyze data to determine effective application of policies, procedures, and sound organizational/cost patterns.
• Gather, analyze, and evaluate complex factual, historical, and statistical data to develop concept plans, position papers, event-driven taskers, status reports, and trend data.
• Recommend improvements for data collection and reporting methods, explaining any problems encountered in narrative reports.
• Devise new reporting requirements and formats for collecting data when no set procedures exist.
• *Qualifications:**
• **Experience:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-9 federal grade level, applying analytical and evaluative methods to program operations and administrative processes.
• **Education (one of the following):**

* A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree. * Three full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree (e.g., LL.M.).

• **Combination:** An equivalent combination of specialized experience and graduate education (beyond a Master's degree or two full years of graduate study).
• *Note: Current federal employees must meet time-in-grade requirements (52 weeks at GS-9 or above).*
