Summary

Drive data-informed strategies and lead program evaluation for operational and policy improvements within complex programs.

This role seeks a seasoned professional to drive data-informed strategies, enhance operational efficiency, and optimize complex programs through robust analysis and evaluation.

  • *Required Qualifications:**

Candidates must possess one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GG-13 grade level in the Federal service (or comparable senior-level experience in the private sector), that demonstrates proficiency in:

  • Evaluating data to identify and address program or policy issues impacting agency operations.
  • Implementing methods to accelerate the use of data in decision-making and process improvements.
  • Leading the development of methodologies and assessment tools to support continuous evaluation and cost-benefit analysis for complex programs.
