Summary
Seeking a Human Capital Advisor to provide strategic HR support, interpret policy, and analyze program effectiveness.
Join our team as a Human Capital Advisor, providing essential support and expertise to management on strategic human capital initiatives.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Advise and provide comprehensive support to management on Human Capital requirements, methods, and procedures.
- Interpret and apply human resources laws, regulations, principles, practices, and policies.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of Human Capital/Personnel program operations in meeting organizational goals and objectives.
- For higher-level positions, independently interpret complex HR issues and present briefings, issues, or recommendations to department leaders.
- *Qualifications:**
- Minimum of one year of specialized experience relevant to Human Capital management.
- Experience should include advising on HC requirements, applying HR laws/regulations, and analyzing program effectiveness.
- Volunteer work and other qualifying experience will be considered.
