Job Description
Summary
Federal Program Analyst sought to optimize operations, develop policies, and advise stakeholders through analytical reporting and communication.
We are seeking a dedicated professional to enhance program effectiveness and administrative procedures within our federal service. This role requires analytical expertise and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate work activities to identify and implement more efficient and effective program methods.
- Prepare analytical and statistical reports, providing expert technical advice.
- Conduct comprehensive studies on operational and administrative procedures to drive improvements.
- Develop and modify administrative program policies, regulations, goals, and objectives.
- Advise customers and stakeholders on program-related issues, proposing effective resolutions.
- Present findings and recommendations through clear and persuasive oral communication.
Qualifications:
- One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 (for GS-12 level) or GS-12 (for GS-13 level) in the Federal service.
- Specialized experience includes evaluating operations, preparing analytical reports, conducting studies, developing policies, advising stakeholders, and presenting recommendations.
- All qualifying experience, including volunteer work, will be considered.
