• Deliver analytical support to senior leadership for enterprise-wide strategic planning and audits.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• One year of specialized experience performing duties similar to those described, demonstrating core competencies in analysis, program design, and strategic support.
• Proven ability to conduct complex qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Experience developing and executing programmatic initiatives and performance metrics.
• Strong communication and advisory skills for senior leadership and workforce members.
• Creditable experience includes both paid and relevant volunteer work.
