Summary
Management Analyst responsible for analyzing cyberspace workforce development, designing programs, and providing strategic leadership support.
Join our team as a Management Analyst focusing on cyberspace workforce development and strategic initiatives. This role requires a blend of analytical rigor and programmatic expertise.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform in-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis of cyberspace workforce management and development.
- Design, implement, and manage programmatic initiatives, training, reporting, and performance metrics for the Cyberspace Workforce Program.
- Provide expert guidance to cyberspace professionals on qualification standards and career development.
- Deliver analytical support to senior leadership for enterprise-wide strategic planning and audits.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- One year of specialized experience performing duties similar to those described, demonstrating core competencies in analysis, program design, and strategic support.
- Proven ability to conduct complex qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Experience developing and executing programmatic initiatives and performance metrics.
- Strong communication and advisory skills for senior leadership and workforce members.
- Creditable experience includes both paid and relevant volunteer work.
