## Quality Management & Risk Assessment Specialist
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to enhance our quality assurance and risk management efforts. This role is critical for ensuring compliance, identifying process improvements, and safeguarding against financial improprieties within our operations.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality management control testing and promote effective risk management techniques.
- Evaluate established standards, objectives, and internal controls to reduce improper payments, fraud, waste, and operational risks.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans in response to identified non-compliance.
- Analyze complex reports and statistical data to pinpoint root causes and the exact scope of issues.
- Measure the success and performance of various programs and pilot initiatives.
- Clearly present accurate findings and recommendations to senior management, both orally and in writing.
- Examine and process financial documents, including vouchers, invoices, and claims, specifically for Beneficiary Travel.
- One year of specialized experience, equivalent to a GS-11 federal grade level, demonstrating expertise in quality management, risk assessment, or financial claims processing.
- Proven ability to conduct thorough analysis and formulate effective solutions.
