Management Analyst

We are seeking a qualified professional to contribute to administrative reporting and staffing processes. This role requires analytical skills and strong document preparation abilities. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze Engagement Management System (EMS) data for tracking and report generation. * Review management information requirements to assist with administrative reporting. * Prepare essential written documents to support staffing processes. **Required Qualifications:** Applicants must meet *one* of the following criteria: * **Experience:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-5 federal level, including analyzing data, assisting with administrative reporting, and preparing staffing documents. * **Education (Superior Academic Achievement):** A bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement (SAA) based on: upper third class standing, a GPA of 3.0 or higher (overall or final two years), or membership in a national scholastic honor society. * **Graduate Education:** Completion of one full academic year of graduate-level education in any field. * **Combined:** A combination of specialized experience and graduate-level education.
