Management Analyst

We are seeking skilled Manpower Analysts (GS-11/12) to manage and optimize organizational structures and policies.

• *Responsibilities & Requirements (by Grade Level):**
• *GS-11 Manpower Analyst:**
• **Experience:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level, including:

* Conducting agency-level manpower management. * Analyzing findings/data and making recommendations to leadership. * Proficiency with Microsoft products.

• **Federal Time in Grade:** 52 weeks at GS-09 or higher.
• *GS-12 Manpower Analyst:**
• **Experience:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level, including:

* Planning and developing position management and organizational structures. * Updating manpower policies and procedures related to billet utilization, requirements studies, and requests.

• **Federal Time in Grade:** 52 weeks at GS-11 or higher.
• *General Requirements for All Applicants:**
• **Competencies:** Demonstrated proficiency in Administration and Management, Decision Support, Problem Solving, and Technical Competence.
