Job Description
Summary
Manage programs, analyze data, and support Reasonable Accommodations (RA) processes, applying EEO case law and delivering briefings.
We are seeking a dedicated professional to contribute to program management, data analysis, and Reasonable Accommodation (RA) processes. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare project papers, organize information, and deliver briefings to management.
- Compile and analyze statistical data to develop reports and evaluate program efficiency.
- Assist staff with the Reasonable Accommodation (RA) process, facilitating requests.
- Formulate RA solutions and coordinate implementation across various sections.
- Apply Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) case law to provide guidance on RA processes to staff and managers.
- *Qualifications:**
- One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level.
- Experience must demonstrate proficiency in at least three of the following areas:
