Manages program operations and onboarding processes through analytical support, HR coordination, and data management.

Join our team to support vital program operations, focusing on efficient administrative and onboarding processes. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical, communication, and data management skills.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Analyze and evaluate program operations to improve efficiency, particularly for administrative support and onboarding functions.
  • Manage and troubleshoot comprehensive onboarding procedures, including PIV card requirements, sponsorship, and security adjudication.
  • Support core HR staffing activities, ensuring compliance with personnel background security standards.
  • Draft clear and concise written communications, including detailed reports, guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and policies.
  • Track and manage program data efficiently using various computer systems such as PowerBI, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • *Qualifications:**

Candidates must meet *one* of the following requirements:

  • **Specialized Experience:** One year of experience equivalent to the GS-09 federal level, demonstrating proficiency in at least three of the following areas:
* Applying analytical and evaluative methods to assess program operations and administrative effectiveness. * Managing complex onboarding processes (e.g., PIV cards, sponsorship, adjudication, pre-employment training). * Understanding basic HR staffing functions and personnel background security requirements. * Composing clear and informative written communications (emails, reports, guidelines, policies). * Utilizing computer programs (PowerBI, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) for data entry and tracking.
  • **Education:** A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education in a field directly related to the position's work.
  • **Combination:** An equivalent combination of specialized experience and graduate-level education (beyond the first two years) in a directly related field.
