Summary
Lead organizational management, develop senior governance policy, analyze legislation, and advise officials at the GS-14 level.
This position seeks an experienced professional to lead critical organizational and management initiatives within a federal context. You will be responsible for shaping governance policy, analyzing legislative impacts, and providing strategic counsel to senior officials.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead organizational and management efforts, including guiding small teams.
- Develop and oversee comprehensive senior governance policies.
- Review and analyze proposed bills and legislation for impacts on organizational structure, management, authorities, and responsibilities.
- Advise senior officials on organizational and management policies, processes, and programs, providing essential analytical support.
