## Management Analyst

We are seeking a proactive Management Analyst to enhance our administrative programs and operational efficiency. This role involves critical analysis, problem-solving, and communication to support executive-level initiatives.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide comprehensive support and assistance for administrative programs, procedures, and systems.
• Design and conduct studies aimed at improving executive-level administrative practices and initiatives.
• Identify program inefficiencies and develop actionable recommendations for change and improvement.
• Communicate vital guidance on current plans and organizational actions, offering expert advice and solutions.
• Utilize web-based applications for task assignment, document tracking, and workload monitoring.
• *Qualifications:**

To qualify, applicants must meet one of the following criteria:

• **Specialized Experience:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 federal level (or comparable experience in military/private sector). This experience must include providing administrative program support, conducting improvement studies, identifying problems, recommending changes, and using web-based task management tools.
• **Education:** A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or an LL.M. (if related).
• **Combination:** A combination of successfully completed post-high school graduate education and specialized experience may be used to meet total qualification requirements.
