Summary
Seeking an Administrative Professional to provide analytical support, manage office operations, and prepare executive communications.
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical professional to provide comprehensive administrative support, perform research, and develop executive communications. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform research and analysis to identify administrative problems and develop effective solutions.
- Apply policies, procedures, and regulations across various administrative functions, including budgetary, personnel, training, and records management.
- Conduct data analysis to create detailed background reports, supported by documentation, conclusions, and recommendations.
- Manage office calendars, develop meeting agendas, attend meetings, and accurately record notes.
- *Qualifications:**
- **Selective Placement Factor (Required):** Proven experience composing executive-level correspondence, memoranda, and reports.
- **Experience:** One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level, demonstrating at least three of the following:
- **Education (Substitution):** A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education (or LL.M. if related) in a field directly related to the work of this position.
- **Combination:** A combination of specialized experience and related graduate-level education (beyond the first two years) that collectively meets the total qualification requirements.
