Summary
Lead strategic nuclear policy, interagency coordination, and senior government briefings for national security.
Seeking a highly experienced professional for a GS-14/15 level role in national security. This position involves high-level strategic engagement and policy analysis.
- *Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:**
Candidates must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 federal grade level (or equivalent in private/military sectors) demonstrating the ability to:
- Interact effectively with DoD, NNSA, interagency, private sector, and foreign government partners.
- Brief senior U.S. government officials and prepare them for public and Congressional engagements.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of U.S. nuclear weapons systems, strategic deterrence policies, and interagency relationships.
- Evaluate legislative language and provide insightful recommendations to superiors.
