Summary

Senior Analyst driving program effectiveness, quality management, and data-driven improvements within a federal agency.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced analyst to drive program effectiveness and quality management within our agency. This role involves applying analytical methods, managing data, and advising on strategic improvements.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Provide expert guidance on agency policies, programs, and mission requirements.
  • Implement and manage quality management processes to ensure operational consistency and effectiveness.
  • Apply qualitative and quantitative methods to assess and improve program outcomes.
  • Create, manage, and interpret complex information databases to produce key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate on teams to develop and implement management systems for various organizational levels.
  • *Qualifications:**
  • *For GS-14:**
  • One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level, which must include:
* Providing expert advice and guidance on agency policy, programs, and requirements. * Implementing agency-wide quality management processes. * Applying diverse methods to assess and improve program effectiveness. * Creating, managing, and interpreting *complex* information databases for metrics. * Participating in teams to develop and implement *management systems* for users at division, office, and program levels.

  • *For GS-13:**
  • One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level, which must include:
* Demonstrating knowledge of agency programs, missions, and requirements. * Evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of work processes and operational practices. * Analyzing qualitative and quantitative methods to assess and improve program effectiveness and identify trends. * Creating and managing information databases to produce quality management and program performance metrics.

  • Specialized experience is crucial; education cannot be substituted for experience at these grade levels.
  • Qualifying experience includes both paid and unpaid work, such as volunteer experience through National Service programs or other organizations.
