Job Description

Summary

Develop and manage comprehensive talent and leadership development programs, including strategic training and evaluation.

This role focuses on developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive talent and leadership development programs. Responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, and delivering diverse learning programs (eLearning, virtual, classroom).
  • Leading and managing projects or teams in talent management and leadership development initiatives.
  • Developing and executing strategic plans for talent and leadership development.
  • Providing expert guidance to senior leaders on best practices.
  • Evaluating program effectiveness and managing program budgets and resources.
  • Creating and maintaining standard operating procedures for key processes.
  • *Qualifications:**
  • Minimum one year of specialized experience in talent management, leadership development, or training.
  • Experience should include curriculum development, program delivery, project management, and advising leadership.
  • Higher levels require demonstrated leadership in program oversight, team management, and strategic planning.
  • Creditable experience includes paid, unpaid, and volunteer work.
