Senior Logistics Lead (APML) for Airborne Electronic Attack (PMA-234), guiding strategic program support and initiatives.
Join our team as a Senior Logistics Lead and Assistant Program Manager for Logistics (APML), driving critical support for the Airborne Electronic Attack (Tactical Jamming System) team within PMA-234. This non-supervisory, GS-14 equivalent role focuses on strategic logistics initiatives for the Next Generation Jammer, Mid Band (NGJ-MB) Integrated Product Team.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide senior-level logistics leadership and expertise for the Airborne Electronic Attack (Tactical Jamming System) program.
- Serve as the Assistant Program Manager for Logistics (APML) for the Next Generation Jammer, Mid Band (NGJ-MB) IPT.
- Report directly to the PMA-234 Product Support Manager, contributing to overall program success.
- Coordinate and guide the efforts of project teams, including Federal civilian and military personnel, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
- Establish long-term task priorities, define work procedures, and determine optimal methods to achieve project goals.
- Act as a technical expert, guiding team members and providing hands-on support as needed.
- *Qualifications:**
- Minimum of one year of specialized experience at the GS-12/13 grade level (or equivalent in the private or public sector).
- Demonstrated experience in senior-level logistics leadership, particularly within airborne electronic attack, tactical jamming systems, or similar defense programs.
- Proven ability to coordinate, guide, and prioritize work for project teams, establishing effective procedures.
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition and logistics processes is essential.
- Experience includes paid and unpaid work, volunteer experience, and national service programs.
