## Logistics & Equipment Management Specialist
Join our team as a Logistics & Equipment Management Specialist. In this role, you will either develop and implement critical logistics and equipment management policies, or provide essential logistics support to specific missions, weapon systems, or other programs. You'll be instrumental in coordinating and integrating support throughout the entire system lifecycle.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement logistics and equipment management policies.
- Provide comprehensive logistics management support for missions, weapon systems, or programs.
- Plan, analyze, and coordinate system acquisition and transfer into operational use.
- Identify and correlate requirements for funding, manpower, materiel, facilities, and services.
- Develop and analyze data to define logistics objectives and support needs.
- Coordinate and integrate Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) planning and execution.
- Manage contractual processes, procedures, and technical requirements.
- **Experience:** At least one year of specialized experience developing logistics policy or providing logistics management support at a GS-11 equivalent level.
